What's the difference between a testimonial video and a case study video?
A testimonial video is your customer on camera saying why they'd recommend you. Short, emotional, trust-first. A case study video tells the fuller story: the problem, what was done and the results, usually with numbers. Most businesses want both, and video testimonial production and case study filming usually share the same shoot day.
How much does a testimonial video cost?

Will my customers actually agree to be filmed?
Almost always, yes. We handle the ask, the logistics and the prep call, and we keep the shoot relaxed. For most customers it's a chance to look good on camera and promote their own business at the same time.
How long does it take, and how long should the film be?
Book around four weeks ahead, and from the shoot most projects land within 14 days. On length: 60 to 90 seconds does the job for a testimonial, while a case study film earns two to three minutes, plus short cutdowns for social and sales.
