10am to 4pm, flexible either side. We care about great work, not clock-watching.

Do I need agency experience or a degree?
We hire on skills and how you think, not a tickbox CV. If you've got most of what a role asks for, apply anyway.

It's part of the daily kit, and we actively want people who already build with AI. Bring your tools, prompts and experiments.

What's the interview process?
Apply, a 30-minute chemistry call, a technical interview, a final task presented to our directors, then an offer. No hoops.
