Product video production that sells, not just shows
21 Degrees Digital is a product video agency for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands. Every product video we make is briefed from where your buyers actually see it: your product pages, your paid social, your marketplace listings. Then it's shot to show detail, scale and finish, cut for every one of those surfaces, and measured against sales. Not views. Sales.
A product detail page with video answers the questions stills can't. Scale, texture, how it opens, what's in the box. Fewer doubts, more baskets.
Stop the scroll
Social-first product video built for TikTok, Reels and paid feeds. Hook in a second, product in three, reason to buy before the thumb moves.
Kill doubt with a demo
Product demo videos show the thing actually working. Honest demonstration cuts returns and does your customer service team a favour.
Feed every surface
One shoot becomes the hero film, the vertical cuts, the square crops and the stills. Amazon, your site, your ads, all fed from one day.
A product video company with a media team next door
Most product video companies deliver the files and disappear. 21 Degrees Digital is a full brand and performance agency with its own crew, so the same building that shoots your product video also runs your paid social, your marketplace media and your reporting. That's Audience First Outcome Marketing: the video is briefed from audience data and judged on what it sells. We won BizX Best Marketing Campaign two years running, 2024 for Flooring by Nature and 2023 for Children's Corner, with video doing a lot of the talking both times.

Why us
Product videography services, run like a campaign
Briefed from the buying surface
Before the camera comes out, we work out where the video sells. The product page, the social feed, the marketplace listing, the retail screen. Each surface gets the shots it needs.
Shot for detail
Cinema cameras, macro lenses and proper product lighting. If the finish, the mechanism or the material is the selling point, you'll see it.
Demos that show it working
Physical product demonstration, done honestly. Unboxing, ease of use, before and after. Show, don't claim.
We run the ads too
Our paid social team puts the videos to work and reports what they sold. No handover gap, no "great film, shame nobody saw it".
Our Process
How we make a product video that pays for itself
Start with the surface
Where does this video need to sell? Product page, paid social, marketplace, all three? That answer shapes everything else.
01
Concept and shot list
We storyboard around your product's selling points and your buyers' objections, so every shot has a job.
02
Pre-production
Studio or location, props, styling, and presenters if the product needs hands or humans. Planned so the shoot day earns its money.
03
The shoot
Sony cinema cameras, controlled lighting, macro detail. A short session or a full shoot day, your call.
04
Edit and grade
The hero cut, colour grade, and motion graphics where they earn their place. No effects for effects' sake.
05
Cut it for everywhere
Vertical, square, wide and stills, captioned and named, ready to upload. If we run your media, they go straight into campaign.
06
Simple, honest pricing
No mystery quotes. Most product videos are a shoot day plus an edit day, and you'll have the full number before anything's booked.

Product video production is the full process of making videos that sell a product: concept, shot list, filming, editing and the cutdowns for each platform. It covers everything from a 15-second social cut to a polished launch film for your product pages.
What's the difference between product video and product videography?
Honestly, not much. Product videography is the craft of shooting the product; product video production covers the whole job from concept to delivery. 21 Degrees Digital does both, so you don't need to know the jargon to brief us.
How much does a product video cost?
Most product videos are a shoot day plus an edit day. Videography starts at £550, a full shoot day is £900, and editing starts at £450. You'll get a clear number up front, not a "depends" and a shrug.
How long does it take?
Most product videos land in around 14 days from shoot to delivery, depending on how many cuts you need. Launching sooner? Tell us the date and we'll be straight about what's doable.
Do you make software or app demo videos?
No, and we'd rather tell you that than sell you one. We film physical products: e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, retail and industrial. If your product ships in a box, sits on a shelf or works on a job site, we're your team.
What do we need to send you?
The product itself (a couple of units helps), your brand guidelines, and a note on where the video will run. We'll take it from there, including props, styling and presenters if the shoot needs them.
Can you shoot product photography at the same time?
Yes, and you should. The set's already lit, so adding stills to a video day is the cheapest product photography you'll ever buy. Photography starts at £700, and the full rates are in the pricing above.
Ready to watch it sell?
Tell us what the product is and where it needs to win. We'll show you the video that gets it done, the price before we book anything, and the numbers we'll hold ourselves to.
