I'm the bookkeeper and PA keeping 21 Degrees organised, financially sound and running smoothly behind the scenes. I sit as the connective tissue between leadership and the day-to-day admin, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

On the books, I handle sales invoicing, credit control and purchase ledger, plus weekly bank and credit card reconciliations and expenses. That keeps VAT records clean, month-end on schedule and cash flow visible well before any pinch points. I also prepare the management accounts that give the directors a clear, current read on the business, from profit and loss to cash flow and KPIs, and I build the yearly budgets around our sales targets.

On the PA side, I run diaries, meeting prep and follow-ups for senior leadership, and keep the foundations solid: suppliers, renewals, insurance, contracts, office logistics and HR admin from onboarding to holidays. The result is a business that stays on top of its numbers, its calendar and its operations, with fewer surprises and issues flagged early.
