The Brief
Highstone Housing Association needed a comprehensive visual case study to showcase Dyson House, a newly built supported-living scheme of bungalows, apartments and maisonettes designed for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs, for use in promoting the project to stakeholders and prospective tenants.
What We Did
We documented the site’s construction, living spaces, office areas and accessibility features, using both drone and on-the-ground footage to convey the scale and design, alongside detailed photography. The visuals were delivered for the project’s completion and now support Highstone’s communication with tenants and service providers.
