The Brief

Award-winning retro arcade bar Four Quarters was heading north, swapping London and Bristol for Newcastle. We ran the launch PR to introduce the brand to a brand-new city.

But this was more than a bar opening. Four Quarters brought a long-empty Grade II listed building on Dean Street back to life as a major leisure destination, so the regeneration story became a big part of the pitch.

The Campaign

Coverage landed across regional news, hospitality, business and lifestyle media, introducing the venue while telling the wider story of a prominent city centre building getting its second act.

The Results

The numbers: 28 pieces of regional and trade coverage, an estimated 275,000 online views, an average domain authority of 51 and around £175,000 in media value. First northern venue, well and truly on the map.
