The Brief

Fancy Dress Ball were one of the largest sellers of fancy dress in the UK, a fully eCommerce business sending fancy dress across the country for 15 years. A big part of their revenue came through Google Ads, tracked via Analytics conversions. The switch from Universal Analytics to GA4 left them with an ad account that stopped running, massively reducing revenue just before Halloween.

What We Did

We quickly re-implemented Google Ads conversions through Google Tag Manager and used Performance Max campaigns fed by previous customer data to get the ad account back up and running at speed.
